Program Registration
Other registration dates are August 23 Sessions will run every 45 minutes from 9:00 AM with the last session starting at 12:45 PM. Our night registration is August 26, 7 PM SHARP This year there will be no Pays Video to watch. Only new players must fill out, print and bring to registration this form and also proof of date of birth click here for registration form. For Returning players all parents need to do is show up. We have preprinted forms for you to sign when appearing. Cost of program is $120.00 for first registrant and $100.00 for each additional sibling Payment method check, cash or master card and visa only. We are always looking
for new volunteers.
On June 7, 2008
and August 23, 2008 we need help at registrations. We
need adults to work registration desks and older children to
hand out info. You can acquire community service hours for this
also. You can also sign up to sponsor a team. Sponsor help us offset the cost of the price of our uniform and promotes your business. Click here to check our sponsorship levels
